They fitted 2 x 200W solar panels, a Victron 460Ah lithium battery and other Victron Smart components to complement his upgrade of our motorhome's electric circuit. Ryan has proven to be an absolute Godsend for us. We had just bought a campervan and we had a list of improvements that we wanted done. Three openable windows, underslung water tanks and a Fiamma awning. Ryan is not afraid to put forward suggestions in order to get the best result , the awning had to be black he said, it would go best with the van and he was right. Ryan was very good at communicating, I got messages or a call most days. He is very detail orientated and I am fussy about the final look, so we were a good match. I am a dog trainer and wanted to get fans fitted in to the van to allow more airflow to the dogs. I also wanted to get the bulkhead cut out so the air conditioning can reach them. I also wanted some lights fitted in the back. After researching other companies I reached out to Meryan Vans. They fitted the fans which are absolutely perfect and have been running perfectly for months. My dogs are always super cool and chilled out and there is great ventilation in the back. They cut the bulk head and even put a protective edging to make it smoother and cover and sharp edges. The attention to detail is great. And the lights they fitted are so bright it’s perfect! Not the rubbish ones, these are proper! Great workmanship. Great communication. And the price was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work! I would definitely recommend and will be coming back if I need any more help / modifications. Thanks again!!

I asked Ryan at Meryan to troubleshoot and replace a solar panel that wasn’t working and do a few other bits to my van. He clearly knows what he’s doing, did the whole thing exactly when he said he would and everything is now functioning perfectly - no drama just did what was needed. I also asked him to assess my overall electrics so he gave me a great breakdown on what was good, what could be improved. Nice guy, easy to work with, reliable and capable. Highly recommended - no hesitation on going back when I need something else.

I recently went to Meryan Vans run by a great couple Ryan and Meryan for an issue that I had with my Eberspacher Heater in my camper, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Ryan not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but he's also a genuinely great person to work with. He took the time to explain everything before starting, worked efficiently without complaint, and approached every challenge with a solution-focused mindset—something that's especially valuable when dealing with the variety of campers builds out there. After Identifying the problem with my heater he also rectified the issue that I had with my number plate lights and also solved the main issue with DC/DC charging connections that was wrongly connected initially by another electrician. I had a small problem with my 2018 Crafter Campervan. I’m soon away for a few weeks so needed to sort out the sensor for my underslung tank, it was kaput. Ryan fitted me in and sorted me out in no time. New sensor now in place and whilst he was there he answered all my Q’s about potential upgrades and also about fault codes. Nothing was too much trouble. I certainly recommend him - Great work Darren.

Ryan serviced by Erbespacher diesel heater because of overheating issues. Still a problem but his suggestion that it might be a worn out pump was spot on so a quick return visit for a new pump fixed the issue. Being a vanlifer himself he understands where we are coming from.

I am so glad I found Meryan Vans online. Highly recommend! The diesel heater install was very professional and they worked around my self-built cabinetry to make it fit. On top of installation, Ryan kindly advised on some of my electrics which had not been designed at a correct spec by a different company. Looking forward to some off-grid adventures all year round.

Can’t recommend Meryan Vans enough! Having recently bought a secondhand hand campervan I had a list of things that needed doing (DSG oil change, replace faulty solar panel, service diesel heater and replace a wheel speed sensor), and was unsure of where to go get the work done. Meryan could not only do all of this, the work was very considered, well researched and thoroughly tested, with regular updates and pictures as the work progressed. Ryan and the team know their stuff and are really nice to boot! The diesel heater exhaust was installed too close to the drop vents (filling up the van with CO!) and upon closer inspection had a faulty temperature sensor and loose gasket fittings. Meryan rerouted the exhaust, fully serviced the heater and replaced the fuel pump. Without the diligent testing at each stage the other problems would have just cropped up soon after and so I’m grateful for the attention to detail. Haven’t had a reading of so much as a single ppm of CO since, which is nice! The solar panel likely had failed due to trapped water and excessive heat. Meryan installed the new one with a thin layer of corrugated plastic to improve air flow and heat dissipation. The installation looks great and I’m confident it will fair better than the original one. Everything has been working perfectly and I’ll certainly be returning next time I need something done. We had a DIY lithium lesuire battery system that other companies wouldn't touch. It needed to be striped back and a new fogstar lithium battery fitted with fuse protection. We were meant to be getting the le shuttle to Europe that week and he fitted us in the next day. It's all been working a dream and no more issues. This was fitted 3 weeks ago. Super happy with his work. We highly recommend him and will be booking in some other bits once we're back from our travels 😀

Before heading out on a long trip last weekend, I had a diesel heater installed in my campervan. I was a bit nervous since I’d never had this kind of work done before, but from start to finish they gave me a lot of confidence. During the installation they showed me the materials and connections, and everything was done very neatly. The wiring is tidy, the fuel line is safe, and the whole job felt very professional. Once the work was complete, they tested the system and walked me through how to use the controls step by step. I’ve now tried it out on a few cold nights and it works perfectly. The van heats up quickly and stayed warm all night without a problem. I’m much more excited about winter trips now

I booked my campervan in with Meryan Vans for a full check-up before heading off on a long trip around Europe. I wanted to make sure everything was safe and in good working order before setting off. The team went through the van thoroughly – they checked the brakes, tyres, fluids, and carried out a proper service. On top of the mechanical side, they also looked over my electrical setup, tested the solar system, checked the fuses, and made sure the batteries were charging as they should. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. They spotted a loose connection on my split charge relay which could have caused problems down the line, and they fixed it there and then. They also gave me some useful advice on how to maintain the system while travelling. I left feeling really reassured that the van was road-ready and reliable. It gave me a lot of peace of mind setting off on my trip knowing everything had been double-checked by professionals. I’ll definitely be back before my next big journey.
